The Dragon as I see it! :)

The more I was learning about coffee, the more I was falling in love for it. Then I've decided, by reading the the Komodo's description and curiosities, that that should be my favorite coffee ever! C'mon, a Komodo Dragon!
When the great day came, (a year after starting my "coffee-studies") I did almost cryied. It was not a sunny day, but still a perfect day for an Indonesian Coffee Tasting, though it was not a very hot or a cold weather. When I first felt the spiced aroma, I felt like I was walking through an Indonesian spices's market; and then, suddenly, I felt that peculiar "rainy and earthy aroma", and when I've closed my eyes I saw like I was walking deep in a forest, and I was been watched. The coffee body made me feel like Komodo Dragons were looking at me!
My first Komodo Dragon's tasting was scary, spicy, beautiful, and unpredictable!
Today, after waiting for four years (!) we have this amazing coffee at our market. And everytime I prepare a Komodo coffee, I have to use... Pepper! Preparing this coffee became like a ritual.
The Dragon's draw is mine, the coffee master making coffee is me! :)
